Little Heath Nursery Playgroup provides a stimulating and caring environment for children age two to five.

The sessions are from 9am to 12noon Monday to Friday during term times only.

We offer optional lunch club on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 12noon to 1pm.

Children will need to bring their own lunch.

Our curriculum is flexible and covers all the key areas of learning and is designed to meet the needs of all the children.

We provide a secure, homely and caring atmosphere where children can learn, play and grow together.

Children are encouraged to play, communicate, express themselves through a wide range of media and activities.

An on-going record and assessment of your child's progress is created and this is available for you to see and discuss with Nursery staff.

We always encourage parents to add details of their child's experiences and progress from outside nursery to help keep these development records accurate.

We send regular newsletters to keep he parents up to date with all the themes and activities planned for that half term.

We encourage the parents to contribute to the planning and looking forward to any suggestions they might have.

Once in the Pre-School all children are entitled to a contribution to their fees from the Government.

This is part of the Government initiative to provide all three and four year olds with free nursery sessions.

We are also registered with Busy Bees and Accor Services so we are happy to receive vouchers through them provided that your employer is registered as well.
