We design a unique programme just for you around the equipment.

We offer the following facilities; 30 Min circuit, Cardio workout, Sauna, Steam Room, Showers and Studio with dance/ fitness classes coming soon.

We also have disability access and workout facilities.

After your workout you can sit and relax in our cosy sitting area with hot and cold drinks.

There is also free parking at the front and rear and also opposite.

Our instructors are fully qualified and give VIP treatment.

We accept all ages.
