I was nervous about entering the gym as I wasn't the typical "gym person" and was expecting everyone to be stick thin. I was relieved when I walked in to find helpful instructors who have really looked after and helped me.
I have really enjoyed it and all the other members are fantastic. We are all here for the same reason and we all get on and have a great time.
I have lost body fat, my fitness levels have improved and I feel great- Gaynor.

If you are travelling from Dudley town centre you will pass Bishop Milner school then the ambulance station and then the fire station all on Burton Road and Old Park Road is the first turning on the right.
If you are approaching from the Birmingham New Road, turn at the junction of Sedgley Road.
Go straight to the next set of traffic lights and turn left onto Parkes Hall Road.
Then turn left at Wrens Nest Road and as you pass the Greens Medical Centre.
Old Park Road is the first turning on the right.
