School Show 2008
Formerly known as the 'Cranford School of Ballet' the school was founded some 35 years ago by Pamela Rowden.
The school was taken over by ex-professional dancers Renèe and Peter Fairweather in 1988 and subsequently renamed Southwest Ballet Arts.
The school caters for children from two years of age (Pre-Ballet) and conducts classes in Ballet, Jazz and Tap.
There is also limited availability for private lessons and Festival coaching on application.
Renèe is a registered teacher with the Royal Academy of Dance and students are entered for examinations at Grade and Major levels.
The school conducts bi-annual shows and students compete at Competitive Dance Festivals.
Past students have gone on to complete their studies at vocational level at schools including the Royal Ballet School, Central School of Ballet and Northern Ballet School etc.

- £4.10 for 45 minute lessons (Pre-Ballet,Pre-Primary,Primary & Tap classes)
£4.30 for 60 minute lessons (Grades 1 - 5, Jazz classes)
£4.80 for 75 minute lessons (Majors)
