Swansea Stagecoach was founded in 1997, part of the extensive national and international network of Stagecoach Theatre Arts Schools. The Principal is Mrs Luan Davies, who has been a Professional Dancer and choreographer since 1993. At any one time there are some 180 students on our books, aged between 4 and 16.

Emphasis is put upon creativity and how students can apply their dance skills within a show or presentation of work and how to integrate with Dance and Singing.

Every week during the school term we offer three Main Schools for children aged from 6 -16 and three Early Stages Schools for children aged from 4 - 6. More details can be found in the School Details section of our website. The Stagecoach Agency is a Theatrical agency charged with helping Stagecoach students to get parts on stage or screen.

Stagecoach training prepares children for life.
Whatever their future role may be, youngsters could be rehearsing for it, while they enjoy themselves at Stagecoach.

THE TIMETABLE
Three hours a week divided into: An hour of jazz/modern dance, an hour of drama and an hour of singing, all within a small class (not more than fifteen) of similar age group.

THE STAFF
Experienced professionals teach in all the schools. Many are, or were, actors/singers/dancers/directors or choreographers. Most are highly qualified in teaching or performing, and all are carefully chosen for their experience of working with youngsters.
