I have been practising as a Chiropodist for nine years and have continued my Professional Development at Sheffield and Durham Universities to provide the most up to date treatment protocols.
I am a Member of the Health Professions Council and the Institute of Chiropodisits and Podiatrists and as such I abide by strict Regulations and Codes of Ethics and Conduct laid down by these governing bodies.
A recent addition to our staff, Anna McArthur, has brought with her a wealth of new expertise. Anna recently graduated in Podiatry from Salford University.
Helen our Receptionist will welcome you at Reception where tea and coffee facilities are freely available.
We have two surgery rooms both well equipped to treat all aspects of our profession and in all age groups. Children are most welcome.
Treatments include General Foot Care, Cryotherapy, Nail Surgery including Local Anaesthesia, Biomechanics, advice and treatment for ingrowing nails, corns and fungal infections of the nails and skin.
Advice and Neurological Assessments are provided for patients with Diabetes.
We are now also able to offer Home Visits to those who are unable to attend the surgery
