How long does it take to charge?
Approximately 2 - 6 hours dependant on battery type.

How far can I travel?
Typically they will cover 10-15 miles on a single charge - further if you're pedalling too of course! Alternatively a second battery can be fitted to double the range on some models.

Who is it designed for?
Everyone! These are legally a bicycle and as long as you are over 14 years old you can ride it on the road without a driving licence, tax or insurance. In addition to the individual commuter, fleet operators can also reap benefits from using them.

Is it easy to service?
The bike shares common electrical components including batteries, control systems and motor drives, making them easy to service. The 'bicycle' parts are common to conventional bikes making spares and servicing easy to accomplish.

How fast will it go?
UK law limits the speed to 15mph - downhill you may go faster but it will be due to gravity!
