I just wanted to let you know how thrilled I was with the cake you made for my wedding - it looked fantastic and I loved the butterflies!! Everyone who tasted it commented on how delicious it was. I was so pleased with the three different cakes which hid beneath the white exterior, one chocolate, one lemon and one carrot! I'd always wanted a chocolate wedding cake but liked the idea of a traditional white cake at the same time - so it really fit the bill. Thank you for helping make my wedding so special.

When it came to organising our wedding cake, I really had no idea what I wanted and had not realised what an important part of our celebration it was. Paula showed us things she had done before and ideas about designs which helped us create a fabulous cake that was not only personal to us, but followed our theme perfectly. She ensured that the ingredients of the cake catered for all our guests and the taste certainly matched the appearance. We had three tiers to our cake and we kept the top tier of fruit cake for our son's christening who was born a year later, it was still just as good.
