Having used this company for the last couple of years I would not go anywhere else to book my holidays. I use this company at least 3 times a year. Nothing is ever too much trouble we always get what we want and on most occasions more.

I was worried about going to Laguna Park 2 in Tenerife as I'd seen a few poor reviews but I couldn't understand at all where the people who wrote those reviews were staying! I loved it! My apartment was fab. I did go on my own and the facilities were ideal for me. If I'd have been in a group I probably would have felt a little out of the way. The only problem I had was with the transfer. A2B - I didn't know who I was transferring with, they dropped me off at wrong hotel, but when I contacted them they sent a taxis to pick me up free of charge, unfortunately the taxis driver thought he was taking me back to the airport! I eventually got to my hotel. Had no problems transferring back. I did book a studio with a balcony with being on my own but they put me in a 1 bed apt and said it was bigger. I would have preferred a balcony but loved my apartment so no complaints there. Overall totally satisfied with holiday. If I go on my own again I would go back. I've used Sunshine before and would definitely use again.
