We also have a large sports hall which converts into a 1200 seat entertainment venue with a busy programme of concerts, sporting events, theatre, ballet etc.
Our 80 station fitness suite features top of the range equipment and supportive instructors backed by progressive Vivo technology to help you track your progress and keep you motivated.
With a wide range of fitness classes our Studio is attracting huge interest and the health suite with sauna, steam room and spa pool with treatment rooms including sports therapies provide a relaxing environment to wind down after a swim or gym session.

DG One has its own car park including bays for blue badge holders and parent and toddler bays. Most bus routes through Dumfries pass directly by the building with shelters close to our front doors. We are within walking distance of the train station and there is excellent sign posting from all main roads into the town.
