Our company also carries out free roof health checks. The roof is checked for its condition and rated out of 5-(5 excellent condition/4 very good condition/3 good condition/2 ok/1 in need of some attention.)
We check: the slates/tile. under-felt, mortar work, all abutments, all lead work, any gables and verges, all facia and soffit, all guttering work, any timber work, loft insulation and any other aspect of the roof.

RKS roofing took time to diagnose the problem with our roof fully, which the 'bigger' outfits failed to do. The work was carried out professionally and promptly and we are very happy with the repair and the value for money.
