At The Maharaj, we use only the finest and freshest available ingredients. Each dish is prepared individually with great care and attention with the use of our own combination of freshly ground spices and pastes, which gives each dish that extra flavour and individuality. If you would like to have something which is not listed on the menu, please ask one of our staff as we may be able to prepare it for you.

As with any cuisine, there are many variations in preparation of food from one region to another and our menu reflects a variety of mouth watering typical dishes from different regions of Nepal as well as from India for your culinary delight.
