Physio Rooms Haywards Heath
We provide a comprehensive Physiotherapy rehabilitation service, as well as Pilates classes and studio equipment programmes in a quiet and safe studio environment.
A comprehensive assessment is the key to establishing the exact nature of the problems and formulating an individual treatment plan.
Our musculoskeletal physiotherapists have either post-graduate diploma or MSc in manipulalative physiotherapy and are trained in Pilates rehabilitation. This means they highly qualified in treating muscle and joint problems including back and neck strain, sporting injuries and in rehabilitation post joint surgery or injury.
Occupational Health Physiotherapy
Our service includes on-site work place assessments, whether for prevention of work related injuries or when people are returning to work after injury or are having work-related neck, back or arm pain.
Women's Health Physiotherapy
Women's health physiotherapy offers treatment for both men and women with continence problems. Treatment can incorporate pelvic floor exercises, bladder training, specific techniques for the different types of leakage and training to reduce or stop the need to pass urine at night. Physiotherapy has a success rate of around 75% and is generally considered to be one of the first treatment options for most women with leakage problems
Physiotherapy can also help in the treatment of scar site pain or sensitivity following a tear or episiotomy.
Our service includes ante-natal and post-natal Pilates classes taken by our Physiotherapists.

Postural imbalances
