"I work on Film and TV productions. I carry heavy equipment regularly as part of my job and often get involved in an unnatural posture for a prolonged period of time during the shoot. Even when you are careful not to strain your body, sometimes it is inevitable that you damage your body at some point or other under the pressurised work environment. In my case it is often the lower back
from lifting heavy cases quickly and the right shoulder from lifting heavy cameras.
Before I met Huw, I used to suffer from my injuries for much longer period of time. Also my body didn't have enough rest between the jobs because my work was fairly constant, but I now see Huw as soon as I can if I strain my body. He can sort out the problem and recondition my body in a relatively a short period of time so that I can carry on working in a good form".
