Any questions we could not obtain an answer for are highlighted and the application form is then sent out to the client with the relevent regulatory documentation and a shopping list of requirements. We try to make it as easy as possible for the client. Also we are one of the few remaining independent mortgage brokers who do not charge a brokerage fee to clients.
