The Wokingham Area Housing Society is a small charitable housing trust which provides independent living for the over 55's.

The accommodation consists of 15 self contained bungalows overlooking open countryside.

Each has a separate kitchen and bathroom and benefits from a low cost rent.

Applicants should be supported by a friend or relative living in the locality.

This accommodation is not sheltered.

Each bungalow has a main lounge/bedroom with a separate bathroom and kitchen.

All are centrally heated and double glazed.

There is a central laundry room with washing machines and a tumble drier.

There is an option to have a emergency alarm fitted.
