Liberte is a new way of thinking about exercise and fitness. We exercise in groups outdoors in various parks and gardens and on some of the most spectacular beaches in the country.

Did you know that exercising outside can burn up to 20% more calories than in the gym due to uneven surfaces and battling against the weather. It's environmentally friendly too.

We're so convinced of the health benefits of reconnecting with the great outdoors we've collaborated with the Performance Sport Department of Loughborough University who have written our training programmes.

Our programmes are focussed on improving both health and fitness and our sessions consist of different forms of training and compound exercises from cardiovascular, circuit training, toning and reshaping to team games.

All our sessions are taught by qualified instructors who will ensure you reach your maximum potential each and every time and we welcome people of all ages, sex, shapes, sizes and fitness levels.

The programme is challenging but it's scaleable so you can push yourself really hard if you want to or reduce the intensity if you need to! "What a fabulous way to get fit whilst enjoying the fresh air! I joined a Monday night session at Nowton Park with Papillon and Gareth and haven't had so much fun trying to get fit in ages. Despite it being January and only 4 degrees, a dozen of us turned up of varying ages and levels of fitness. Gareth worked us hard and gave lots of encouragement and funny banter during the one hour session which was a combination of jogging, exercises and games. One moment I was crab crawling on the grass, the next sparring with a pair of boxing gloves and my partner. I would thoroughly recommend Liberte as a really sociable and different way of getting fit whilst having a real laugh and I am looking forward to joining the beach sessions when the weather improves a little."

Gareth ensures that the sessions are different each time and we have such fun that the hour passes very quickly.
