The club prides itself on its relaxed atmosphere and friendly team, welcoming everyone to make the most of what is one of the oldest and greatest games.
The Par 72, 6700 yard course set in the beautiful Vale of York countryside and is designed to challenge golfers of all abilities.
Each of the 18 holes has unique challenges with woodlands, streams and lakes providing their own hazards.
The golf course was completed in 2004 and opened in 2005 and has already been recognised as one of the best courses in the area.
During 2010 Sandburn Hall is due to host major amateur and professional county events including the Yorkshire PGA Masters.
The course is maintained to the highest standards by the dedicated green-keeping staff and has had many additional features have been added since opening.
Recent drainage work has resulted in a significantly improved year round golf experience, with very few days being lost due to wet weather conditions.
Since 2004 the 30 hectares of new tree plantations and large lakes have become a haven for many forms of wildlife that can be seen as you play your round.
The Steve Robinson Golf Academy offers golf tuition for everyone, from coaching beginners in group sessions through to fellow PGA Professionals and top Amateur golfers.
Steve Coaches the English Ladies National and Northern squads as well as Yorkshire Union Gents and Boys, Yorkshire Ladies First Team and is one of Golf Monthlys Top 25 Coaches in the UK.
Sandburn boasts an 18 bay covered range fitted with the latest Power Tee technology.
The Golf Shop stocks an extensive range of equipment, clothing and shoes by names such as Oscar Jacobson, Galvin Green and Peak Performance.
The experienced and knowledgeable golf team offer a fully comprehensive service to both members and visitors alike.
The clubhouse is a friendly and welcoming place for golfers and their guests to relax before and after their round.
The Sports Bar is a great meeting place to discuss the ups and downs of your game.
The Sports bar is equipped with wi-fi technology, and a big screen so you can watch all the big sporting events.
Sandburn Hall is ideally situated just off the A64, the perfect hassle free location for visiting golfers travelling to and from east coast golf destinations.
