Map & Directions

M60 FROM THE NORTH

Manchester Ring Road M60 get off at junction 22. Then take the road towards Manchester the A62 Manchester Road. Stay on the A62 going through a set of traffic lights, past the Wagon & Horses pub & the Natwest bank all on your left until you reach the next set of traffic lights. At these traffic lights take the left turn on to Mersey Road North. Keep on this road as it changes its name to Westminster Road until the very end where you'll find a T-junction mini roundabout. At the T-Junction roundabout take the first left turn which is Cutler Hill Road and then go straight across the next mini roundabout. This road soon changes its name to Stannybrook Road . Just after you have gone over the bridge crossing the M60 you will pass the Sul Lago restaurant and the area will start to change into countryside and go downwards into a valley. Go to the very bottom of the valley still keeping on this road, and we are on the right hand side.

M60 FROM THE SOUTH

Manchester Ring Road M60 get off at junction 23. Take the A635 Manchester Road towards Ashton Under Lyne centre. At the large roundabout follow the signs for Oldham. This will take you on the A627 Oldham Road via Cavendish Road. Go along the Oldham Road until you see a Peugeot dealership called Ashton Under Lyne Motors on your right, at the next traffic lights take the left turn on to Newmarket Road. Go along the road for 1 mile until you see the traffic island that has the large Daisy Nook Garden Centre sign on it. Take the right turn here going down the hill. You are now on Stannybrook Road. Go down 50 metres passing the Country Park on your right and we are just on your left.

M62 FROM THE NORTH OR SOUTH

M62 get off at junction 20, this leads to a traffic lighted roundabout with options for Rochdale, Leeds or Oldham/Manchester. You need to take the turn off for Oldham/Manchester; this road is called A663 (also known as Broadway). Follow this road to the very end ignoring the early turn off for Oldham. It is about 2 miles long and at the end of the A663 there is a T-junction take the left on to the A62 Oldham Road (towards Oldham rather than Manchester). At the next traffic lights take the right, which is Ashton Road West. We are situated on this road but you need to follow it for about a mile going straight across several mini roundabouts as the road changes its name several times until it is eventually called Stannybrook Road. Just after you have gone over the bridge crossing the M60 you will pass the Sul Lago restaurant and the area will start to change into countryside and go downwards into a valley. Go to the very bottom of the valley still keeping on this road, and we are on the right hand side.
