Situated between the centre of Exeter and the University campus, our sister company Students@Cardens offers a less formal atmosphere ideally suited to the househunting needs of Exeter's students.
Managed by Emma Acton, we are available for pre purchase investment advice and full refurbishment projects amongst our other services.
- Selling? We charge 1.5% plus vat for sole agency.
Letting? We charge 60% plus vat of one months rent.
Management? We charge £100 plus vat to set up the tenancy and 10% per month for management and rent collection.
