Good Morning, At the risk of embarrassing Glen, I'd like to say a big thank you to him specifically and Storm for managing to get me through my driving test (theory & practical).

I'd been with two previous instructors from BSM & AA, who were not exactly customer friendly and it was a chore going out on the lessons and certainly not something I looked forward to every week. However with Glenn it was an altogether different experience. I looked forward to my lessons and they were a very enjoyable experience. Learning was fun, as it should be.

I passed my test last Thursday, which with a two month old baby is going to radically change our lives.

Glen doesn't know that I'm writing this mail, as I want to make you aware directly that he is an asset to your company and I will certainly be recommending him to friends, family and work colleagues.

Having never driven a car prior to learning to drive I was obviously rather nervous. My kind and helpful instructor helped me through every step of learning to drive. It felt I wasn't being instructed by a teacher but by a friend- the lessons were always extremely enjoyable. "Wow, I never thought that I would pass my test until I met Bob Snelling my driving instructor! My previous instructor had told me that I was useless at driving and chances were I would never pass my test. So I was about to give up when I was put in contact with Bob.

I have always lacked confidence and been extremely nervous especially with driving as I had previously had my confidence knocked. Bob took me under his wing, reassuring me and helping me every step of the way.

It only took me 20 hours before I was ready for my test. I am pleased to say I passed first time yesterday, the examiner said at the end of the test that I was a very safe driver and had obviously been well taught! (Cheers Bob)

Two months ago I never thought I would be driving, my confidence was low and I was scared at the thought of being on the road, now I can't wait to buy my first car and catch up on all the things I have been missing out on.

I felt more confident taking the test than I ever had before because Dan gave me a very clear method to follow on the manoeuvres, which made me feel secure that I could execute them properly despite my nerves.
