No embarrassing moments, stalling at traffic lights, junctions or hill starts, just you in control of the car!

No need to worry about the need to change gears, or using the clutch (clutch control, coasting and biting point) you can concentrate on passing your test in an easier, relaxed, safe and competent way.

The differences between an automatic transmission and a manual transmission car are simply that an automatic car uses a selector not a gear lever.

Once the selector is put into drive everything else is automatic therefore there is no need for a clutch pedal.

Both the automatic and a manual (with its clutch) car accomplish exactly the same thing, but they do it in totally different ways.

Automatic driving is also a popular choice if you have found it difficult to get used to the gears and clutch in a manual car.
