I H S was established in 1992, and since then we have gained an excellent reputation for quality workmanship and timely project management at competitive rates.

We feel it is important to stress that our emphasis is on providing customer satisfaction through quality workmanship, and we do our utmost to work within agreed timescales.

We currently undertake both large and small commercial, new build, and residential projects throughout the South West region for clients such as Cornwall County Council, RSPCA, Advance Housing, local builders, businesses and individuals.

We are registered with the Contractors Industry Scheme and have public liability and employers liability insurance in place. In addition we hold CSCS cards and meet the health and safety requirements laid out by the CSCS scheme.
