Every May, Chester's Dancing Academy present on a show at the Marine Hall, Fleetwood, twice a year, exams take place.

In November we take part in a big competition organised by the AAD at The Blackpool Opera House and some of the students also take part in a big Gala Show at The Opera House, in the Spring.

Within the Dance School there is an opportunity to learn singing, acting and musical instruments.

During a long career as a professional dancer Christine Cheeseman has worked at many renowned venues with celebrities such as Harry Worth, Ken Dodd, Morecambe and Wise, Olivia Newton John, Frank Ifield,Norman Wisdome Norman Vaugn Frankie Vaugn and many more.

Christine was also a dancer with Peter Gordeno.

Christine also joined an comedy acrobatic act The Looneys and travelled Italy, Spain all over Europe with a circus and worked in a five star hotel in Japan.

For the past thirty (plus) years she has been teaching and for nineteen years has been principle of Chester's Dancing Academy and over the past twelve years Miss Chris has been in constant demand as an examiner for the AAD (Association of American Dance).
