Cairo Rose Belly Dancing Studio

Cairo Rose Oriental Dance Studio
The Belly Dancing art came to us from thousands of years ago, preserving the energy and beauty of the old rituals devoted to femininity.
The Egyptian style of Belly Dance is perceived as classical all over the world.
It is characterised with particularly smooth and deep movements as well as attention to isolated movement of the parts of the body.
The emotions expressed in the dance are particularly important.
The programme of the studio includes bellydance (Egyptian style) and folklore styles such as saidi (dance with a cane), haligi (dance of the Persian Gulf region), shaabi (modern Egyptian town folklore).
You will learn to move gracefully and develop your creativity through improvisation.
The classes for beginners concentrate on basic technical issues including belly dance stretching and body work, dance posture, classical and folklore styles and the basic rhythms.
You do not need to worry if you have never danced before, because these classes are designed specially for beginners and will take you through the basics at your pace before moving on to the next step.
Belly Dance is a beautiful way to dance and also a healing practice aimed at strengthening of musculoskeletal and reproductive systems of the woman's body.
Wave-type movements and shimmies bring relaxation, remove areas of tension which might be there due to incorrect posture, illnesses or stress.
Deeply active energy of the dance stimulates the function of inner organs and rejuvenates the whole body.
Oriental dance will help you obtaining and preserving harmony, health, youth and beauty.
