Dear John,
Just a brief mail to say that the Danish teachers were very happy to 'be delivered' by coach (this was not part of the agreement, my invoice to them only mentioned that I would come to pick them up and take them by train and tube to their hotel, so they were very pleased when they learned there was a coach).
They all live and work in a small town of some 20.000 inhabitants, so coming to London was a big thing. This was only my second time as a local guide for teachers, but I plan to do more in future.
