Challenger Construction
Worthing, West Sussex
A refurbishment and rear extension.
We are a family run building and roofing company with over twenty years of experience. We cover all aspects of building, from domestic to commercial construction. We have built up a sound reputation in the domestic market over the years, freeing us from the hastle of having to pay to advertise, as our clients come to us on a recommendation basis. This has lead to commercial companys asking to use our services and we have grown through both markets.
What do we build?

How does it work? I want to make an inquiry.
From inital contact from a client, our contracts manager makes a visit to establish the needs of the client and advises on planning issues, possibilities and costings.
At this stage we provide a fixed price quotation for the proposed works along with a start date and time scale. If this is acceptable our architect will visit to carry out a full survey and produce architectural drawings for submission to the local authority. When approved our structural engineer adds the structural calculations and we submit to the local authority building control for building regulations. We deal with all paper work including the party wall agreement if required, leaving you hastle free.
The build then begins and you are assigned a site foreman who deals with the day to day running of the site as well as the contracts manager who oversees the works to completion.
When we start your project we stay until its finished. You will not have gaps in between trades when nothing happens, its how we keep the recommendations coming in! We know that you want a fast, hastle free experience which stays on budget.
Your Budget.
We only ever provide a fixed price Quotation. We do not estimate, estimates ALWAYS run over and our one piece of advise is to never accept an estimate but always insist on a fixed quotation.
Our Aims.
To provide you with the best possible building service, with very high standards of workmanship on a strict time scale and on a fixed price quotation. By reaching these high standards we find that recommendations always follow, leading to our continued success and ridding the world of the cowboys... Ahmen to that!
