We understand completely how stressful your big day can be! That's why we provide a service that ensures the event runs as smoothly as possible.

Once your booking has been made, we will post you (or drop off) an information guide on our bouncy castles.

On the day of your event, your castle will arrive and be inflated at your chosen location (if clear & level) by our professional staff.

Once fully inflated, you will accompany our member of staff in an inspection, where they will guide you through steps to look after your bouncy castle and tips to bear in mind through-out the day (i.e. max number of kids at one time etc).

That's it! We will then arrange a pick up time, when our staff will deflate and exit the premises.
