Mascalls Gallery
Kent, Kent
Previous shows presented work from world-renowned artists such as Henry Moore, LS Lowry, Andy Goldsworthy, Julian Opie and Rachel Whiteread.
The current show is works by artist Edward Ardizzone known to many of us from books including Stig of the Dump and the Tim series.
What may be less well known are the personal oil paintings, illustrated letters and war time sketches which accompany the illustrations on display at Mascalls Gallery in Paddock Wood.
Admission is free and the show is open until the 11th December 2010.
