I am involved with Durham County Councils Trading Standards, which operates a Registered Trader Scheme.

This has been designed to weed out Rogue Traders and Cold Callers who prey on the vulnerable and miss lead the general public.

I am also involved with Aerial and Satellite engineers from across the country, where we are in regular communication on problem solving and keeping myself and my customers up to date on what is happening in the industry.

With the switch off of the Analogue TV signal on the horizon and the capabilities of Digital TV rapidly evolving, this has become an exciting time for home media entertainment.
