I am writing to thank you very much for the excellent service your company provided when we recently requested for an appraisal of our television reception. The engineer arrived when promised and quickly offered an assesment of our requirements. He politely outlined the alternatives and offered constructive advise without pressurising into any particular alternative. When we decided on the most suitable for our needs he quickly and efficiently carried out the installation, completing the work with the minimum of disruption. He then very kindly offered to set up a new digibox we had purchased the day before but could not get working. So far we have been extremely pleased with the results and have received a picture better than we have done for years.Our thanks again for helping us so quickly with our problem.
