Take the A143 to Beccles
Pass the Beccles Town's sign on the left hand side and Catholic Church on the right.
1st set of traffic lights: straight across.
2nd set of lights (by disused site) turn right, follow the road, over level crossing.
To pedestrian controlled traffic lights, move to the centre of the road, and then turn right into Ellough Road.
Take the first turning right - Castle Hill - passing Beccles Middle School on the right.
Now take 3rd turning on the left hand side - Coney Hill - over brow of the hill and Queen Elizabeth Drive is the second turning on the right hand side. 58 is approximately 200 yards along on the right hand side, opposite a green.
FROM LOWESTOFT
Take the A146 to Beccles.
At the North Cove roundabout take the 1st turning left - to Ellough.
Next roundabout, turn right and follow the road.
After the pedestrian control traffic lights, take the first turning left - Coney Hill.
2nd turning on the left is Queen Elizabeth Drive and 58 is approximately 200 yards along on the right hand side, opposite a green.
FROM IPSWICH / A12
Take the A145 turning off the A12 (near Blythburgh) to Beccles.
At the 1st set of traffic light turn right - into Peddars Lane.
2nd set of lights (by disused site) turn right, follow the road, over level crossing.

Mini round-about go straight across into Gosford Road - passing petrol station on your left, then a sharp left hand bend and over the level crossing - and continue until you come to a T junction (the Ingate Public House is on your right)
